We are seeking a talented Sales Enablement Marketing Manager to join the Customer Programs team. This position reports to the Manager, Customer Programs and works with the Flexe Account Management team to develop sales collateral, including strategic customer facing presentations, directly impacting customer revenue.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketer who wants to work strategically with Account Managers on retention and growth of existing accounts.

What you'll do

  • Sup­port the rev­enue process with cus­tomer con­tent cre­ation and pro­grams, specif­i­cal­ly increas­ing the con­ver­sion rates of upsells and cross-sells
  • Part­ner with the Account Man­agers to devel­op per­sua­sive sales con­tent, case stud­ies, 1:1 pre­sen­ta­tions, pro­pos­al mate­ri­als, and a world-class Quar­ter­ly Busi­ness Review program
  • Work with Prod­uct Mar­ket­ing to cre­ate cus­tomer-spe­cif­ic sales and sup­port tools, includ­ing pre­sen­ta­tions and proposals
  • Devel­op a deep under­stand­ing of ver­ti­cal indus­tries to align mes­sag­ing and mar­ket­ing programs
  • Dri­ve con­tin­u­ous improve­ment by ensur­ing feed­back from Account Man­age­ment is col­lect­ed, syn­the­sized, and shared with the stake­hold­ers, and appro­pri­ate action plans are devel­oped and executed
  • Own roll-out and com­mu­ni­ca­tion of new, rel­e­vant con­tent to the Account Man­age­ment team 
  • Man­age sales mate­r­i­al con­tent in Seis­mic (con­tent man­age­ment plat­form) for onboard­ing of new account managers 

Does this sound like you?

  • 3+ years increas­ing respon­si­bil­i­ty in Sales and/​or Account Management
  • 5+ years expe­ri­ence in B2B Prod­uct / Solu­tion Mar­ket­ing, Sales Enable­ment, and/​or Field Marketing
  • Proven suc­cess in mar­ket­ing roles requir­ing exten­sive inter­ac­tion with sales and work­ing cross-func­tion­al­ly in a fast-paced, high­ly dynam­ic environment
  • Best-in-class pre­sen­ta­tion, pro­pos­al, and sales mate­r­i­al cre­ation skills
  • Excel­lent writ­ing skills
  • High sense of urgency, desire for excel­lence, and pos­i­tive attitude
  • Famil­iar­i­ty with Sales­force, Mar­ket­ing Automa­tion plat­forms, PFL and Seismic
  • Abil­i­ty to iden­ti­fy oppor­tu­ni­ties to improve sales efficiency
  • B.A. degree or equivalent
  • Requires trav­el and/​or in per­son work
